Минэкономразвития предложило снизить цены на водку
Министерство экономического развития предложило снизить цену на водку со 190 до 136 рублей за пол-литра. Об этом сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на заместителя главы МЭР Олега Фомичева.
Акциз на крепкий алкоголь также предложили снизить — с 500 до 360 рублей. Это нужно для того, чтобы сделать легальной теневую торговлю, улучшить качество алкоголя и собираемость акцизов, рассказали представитель Минэкономразвития. Ведомство уже отправило предложение в Минфин.
Чиновники так же предлагают снизить цены на спиртное и сделать дешевле лицензирование розничной торговли алкоголем.
В России ставки акциза на алкоголь в 3,7 раз выше, чем во всех странах Евросоюза, говорится в докладе. В странах запада легальный алкоголь среднего сегмента примерно в семь раз дешевле относительно доходов населения.
«Безработный в ЕС на пособие может приобрести свыше 200 бутылок крепкого алкоголя или 3600 бутылок пива. В России же — 20 бутылок легальной водки или 115 бутылок пива», — говорится в докладе Минпромторга.
В Минпромторге считают, что количество потребления алкоголя не отражается на здоровье, продолжительности жизни и уровне смертности, а также на других показателях — «общественной морали и нравственности».
Поэтому, говорится в документе, сокращать потребление спиртного нет смысла. Самой безопасной формой назвали нормальное регулярное употребление алкоголя «без излишеств» — вина и пива в кафе и ресторанах.
Ранее заместитель министра финансов Илья Трунин сообщил, что в 2018-2019 годах акцизы на алкоголь в России будут повышены на уровень инфляции.
В России минимальные цены на крепкий алкоголь начали устанавливать с 2009 года. Это делают для борьбы с нелегальным производством спиртного. В 2014 году минимальная розничная цена за 0,5 л была равна от 199 до 220 рублей, в 2015 году ее снизили до 185.
С июня 2016 года минимальная розничная цена бутылки водки равна 195 рублей.
Вот так господа, оказывается алкоголь не вреден …. В ЛЮБЫХ ДОЗАХ! Все это печально(.
